How long does Shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping time can take up to 10 days, but is usually sooner. Local orders (DFW) are usually received within 3 business days once shipped.

I chose Pickup for my order, when do I pick it up?

Pickup is every Wednesday. If you placed an order Sunday - Wednesday, you will pick your order up the same Wednesday of that week. If you place an order Thursday - Saturday, you will pick your order up the following Wednesday. Please bring you confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please note that orders must be placed by 4pm CST on Wednesday to be picked up the same day.

I chose Pickup for my order, but I need it ASAP because I have somewhere to go. What should I do?

Please send us an email or a chat requesting to pickup your order earlier and we will see if we can accommodate you. FYI, the Online Chat option will give you a real-time response.

Can my order be held if I choose Pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not hold any orders. Please make proper arrangements to pickup your order on Wednesday. If Pickup is missed, an invoice for the Shipping Fee will be sent to the email address included on your order. Your order will be shipped the following business day after the Shipping Fee has been paid.

Can I reschedule my Pickup date to the following Wednesday or another day?

While we understand things may come up, pickup reschedules are not allowed unless rescheduled by the business. If you are unable to pickup on the Wednesday after your order is placed, please pay for Shipping. See below for questions about another person picking up the order for you.

I forgot to pickup my order, what should I do?

Please contact us so that we can arrange for your order to be shipped.  A shipping fee will also be due at that time.

I'm in the DFW area, but can't meet at the pickup location at all. What should I do?

If you can't meet at the pickup location, please pay for shipping and we will get your order to you. 

Can someone else pickup my order for me?

Yes, but this is solely up to the customer to do so. Please send the person picking your order up the confirmation email. The A-List is not liable for any lost or stolen items with having someone else pickup your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

At the moment, all sales are FINAL. Please order your correct size in all items. If an item runs small or large, it will be listed in the description.
