How long does Shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping time can take up to 10 days, but is usually sooner. Local orders (DFW) are usually received within 3 business days once shipped.
I chose Pickup for my order, when do I pick it up?
Pickup is every Wednesday between 7:00 PM - 7:10 PM ONLY (10-minute window).
Orders placed Sunday - Wednesday (before 4 PM CST), will be available for pickup the same Wednesday. Orders placed after will be be available for pickup the following Wednesday. Please bring you confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Pickup is a scheduled appointment, not an open timeframe.
In the event the pickup time changes, customers will be notified in advance.
I chose Pickup for my order, but I need it ASAP because I have somewhere to go. What should I do?
Please send us an email or a chat requesting to pickup your order earlier and we will see if we can accommodate you. FYI, the Online Chat option will give you a real-time response.
Can my order be held if I choose Pickup?
No. Orders are not held under any circumstances.
If your order is not picked up within the scheduled 10-minute window, it will automatically be converted to Shipping.
Can I reschedule my Pickup date to the following Wednesday or another day?
No. Pickup reschedules are not allowed.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled pickup, please select shipping at Checkout or arrange for someone to pickup your order.
I forgot to pickup my order, what should I do?
If you miss the pickup window, your order will be converted to shipping and a shipping invoice will be sent.
The invoice must be paid before any future orders are fulfilled.
I'm in the DFW area, but can't meet at the pickup location at all. What should I do?
If you can't meet at the pickup location, please pay for shipping and we will get your order to you.
Can someone else pickup my order for me?
Yes, but this is solely up to the customer to do so. Please send the person picking your order up the confirmation email. The A-List is not liable for any lost or stolen items with having someone else pickup your order.
